Certificates

An integrated management system ensures controlled processes at SAUTER. Certificates and awards give the customer security and a means of making comparisons.

Our head office in Basel is where the SAUTER Group Executive Board sits, and is also a development and production site. Because SAUTER places great emphasis on controlled processes, the integrated management system is based on quality management as per ISO 9001; it also meets the requirements of environmental management according to ISO 14001, and occupational safety and health management as per OHSAS 18001.
  • The management system is certified and forms the basis for the country-specific certification of all SAUTER companies.
  • The system secures knowledge and expertise and contributes to reducing risks.
  • Laws and standards for quality, environmental and work safety management are fulfilled.

With SAUTER into Green Building

SAUTER products, solutions and services in building management have been certified and given awards many times. Our product range fulfils the requirements for obtaining the Green Building certificates. SAUTER is IQNet-certified, and certain products have the eu.bac award or the BACnet Test Laboratory (BTL) quality seal. This guarantees quality, precision and functionality.

Our BTL-certified products are:

AMEV certificate for SAUTER room automation stations

The three (room) automation stations of the SAUTER EY-modulo family of systems received the certificate for the AS-A profile of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Working Party of National, Regional and Local Authorities (AMEV). The AMEV certificate is decisive on the German market, especially for the public tender offers of state and municipal administrations. It gives the customer a guarantee that the product fulfils the detailed requirements for its use on the German market. The current AMEV recommendation combines the BACnet 2007 recommendation and the existing recommendations, and also takes DIN EN ISO 16484-5 into account.

The SAUTER code of conduct

SAUTER wishes to create sustainable added value for its customers, employees, shareholders and business partners. SAUTER wants to be publicly perceived as a company that takes its corporate responsibilities seriously. Competitive strength and commercial success are the product of decisiveness, responsibility, credibility, respect and business practices that are unconditionally above-board. These principles determine our conduct, they are the yardsticks against which we measure our employees and business partners.

The SAUTER code of conduct contains the parameters we apply to our relationships with business partners and public officials; it determines how we work together and with others. The code of conduct defines what SAUTER expects of its employees. Compliance is required and enforced. Persons failing to comply will be penalised and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

We are convinced that commercial success can only be sustainably achieved if it is obtained through means and methods that satisfy high ethical and moral principles. In this spirit the following rules shall be the key to our company’s long-term success.
